先週の土曜。

徹夜でイカ釣りに行ったタクロックが、
タコ1匹を持って帰ってきました。

タコ～。

タクロックの、その状況は面白いけど…、
そして、タコ、食べるのは好きだけど…、
処理を想像しただけで、メンドクサイ…。

洗濯機使ってヌメリを取る、
とか聞いたことあるぞ…。

しっかりヌメリを取らないと、
臭くて食べられない、
とか何とか…。

タコを見てみると、
デロン、としてる。

確かに、ヌメリ、凄そう。

ネットで処理方法を調べて、
塩でガシャガシャ揉んでみました。

何度も何度も。

そして、茹でた！

店で売ってるやつみたい！

こちら、切ってお醤油で食べましたが、
臭くなくて美味しく出来ました。

あー、良かった。

じゃ、今度は、イカをお願いします。
